TVI 1 provided capital to upgrade facilities at Lillibrooke Manor, a Grade II listed property, and to adapt the property to compete in the corporate event market. TVI 1 also acquired Heritage Venues, a contemporary catering company specialising in weddings that services events at Lillibrooke Manor.
